About Danielle
I am a professor with a doctorate in Nutritional Biology from UC Davis. I taught or assisted in teaching, laboratory, surgical, and analytical skills as well as concepts, theory, literature research, and scientific writing for a variety of courses at UC Davis and Napa Valley College in biology, physiology, and nutrition.

My students tell me that they enjoy my classes because they always feel like their thoughts and questions are valued.
