Having worked with many different age groups and abilities I am confident that I can help with whatever needs that you need fulfilled. I currently work with students everyday in math and science subjects helping them achieve not just the grades they want but also the success and confidence to do the work on their own.

Typically I will start with a get to know each other session. This is where I would begin to understand not just the course/class the student is having issues with but as well as teaching/learning styles the student is struggling with as well as what seems to work for them. After this session we would then make a plan for the following sessions. I have not only been through training for tutoring core subjects but I also have been through numerous training workshops on studying, note taking and information retention to help potentially prevent the need for a tutor in the future. I have tutored many Biology and Math classes at the college level as well as currently working as a tutor within a K-12 public school district.
