About Ryan
Graduated with BS in psychology. Trained in SEL, yoga, meditation, and breath work. I teach yoga to children at a local shelter. My goal is to give people a safe space to learn at their pace with loving guidance while learning principles of yoga and breath work. BIPOC and LBGTQ+ friendly. Emphasis on diversity. Come one come all!
