My coaching focuses on finding truth in your acting—it’s not about how you get there, but how you be there. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether you're a beginner building confidence or a seasoned performer refining your craft.
Lessons incorporate:
- Acting techniques including Meisner, Stanislavski, and screen-specific methods.
- Emotional connection—helping you tap into authentic performances.
- Body language and expression—enhancing physicality and stage presence.
