About Sarah

I am currently an anthropology student at Florida International University as well as a forever-student of life. I received my 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training certification August of 2020 at the Synergy Yoga School of Yoga on Miami Beach. I was fairly new to yoga before the 200-hour training yet, my passion to cultivate spiritually and desire to learn led me on my journey. Whether you are looking to develop your strength, ease symptoms of your pregnancy, brush up on yoga techniques, or even take a deep-dive into your spirituality, I provide a variety of styles of yoga and a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share with you.

About the lesson

Namaste! I am certified to provide yoga lessons to beginners and intermediate Yogis (including expecting yogis!). Depending on the person or group, what you want out of the lesson, and the overall vibe/setting you prefer, I am able to provide a diversified and wide variety of lessons and techniques to improve your practice.

Please notify me 24hrs in advance if you will need to cancel your lesson you will be refunded.
If a last minute cancellation occurs, it will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of paid amount.
