About Brianna
I'm a qualified yoga teacher and have been teaching for a year and a half, and have been practicing for 6 years. Im qualified to teach Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, kids yoga and family yoga. Before I practiced yoga I was a dancer for 15 years, which means that movement is something that I understand and love to teach to others.
I have taught at a variety of studios, schools and hospitals all over Brisbane.

I teach based upon real-life needs. I focus on mobility, range of movement and I love to add in easy movements that you can do at home or work. I am focused in on the body and the breath, bringing it back to the basics in what you feel and how you move.

Cancellation policy: more than 24hrs beforehand and you will not have to pay at all, more than 6 hrs beforehand and you will be refunded half of the cost of the class, if you cancel less than 6 hours beforehand (unless due to a genuine emergency) you will not be refunded at all.
