About Stephen

I am considered "old school" preferring to utilize more traditional teaching methods and resources rather than reliance on "technology" and more experimentally progressive approaches.

Students find that in offering what is often considered a contrast to the direction and methods practiced by their regular instructors and curricula they experience a synergistic learning experience.

About the lesson

I prefer the socratic method of teaching including the robust exchange of ideas and debate with leveraging questions and answers to engage critical thinking skills.

I enjoy working with a range of students from late middle-school & high school through undergraduate levels.
