About Gunasheel
I have been passionate about yoga for the past nine years and hold a BSc in Yoga Therapy. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with clients with various health concerns and have seen how yoga can positively transform both physical and mental well-being.
I believe yoga should be personalized, and enjoyable for everyone. My goal is to help you build a healthier relationship with your body and mind through mindful movement, breathwork, and consistent practice. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I'm here to support you on your wellness journey at your own pace.

My classes begin with body and breath awareness to help you connect with yourself and understand your body's needs. We then move into gentle warm-ups and gradually build a yoga flow tailored to your flexibility, strength, and goals. Each session is personalized and progresses at your own pace, ending with core strengthening exercises and a relaxing Savasana for complete physical and mental rejuvenation.
My classes are suitable for beginners and adults looking to improve their overall health, mobility, and well-being through yoga.
