About Mohammed
I am an experienced Business Studies and Economics teacher and private tutor with over 10 years of experience supporting students from different backgrounds and ability levels. I have taught Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Travel & Tourism and IB Business Management, with experience across Cambridge, Edexcel and IB curricula.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management and am currently studying a Secondary PGCE in Business with Economics with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) at the University of Worcester, UK.
My teaching style is friendly, patient and student-centred. I enjoy simplifying difficult concepts, using real-world business examples and helping students improve their confidence, examination technique and academic performance.
I am passionate about education and believe every student can make significant progress with the right guidance and encouragement. I have also successfully completed my DBS check and have been DBS cleared.

I provide engaging, student-centred online lessons in Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Accounting and Business Management for secondary, IGCSE, GCSE, AS/A Level and IB students.
My lessons are tailored to each student's ability, curriculum and examination requirements. I use real-world business examples, case studies, past-paper questions, presentations, quizzes, diagrams and interactive activities to make difficult concepts easier to understand.
I focus strongly on exam techniques, structured answers, application and analysis skills, time management and past-paper practice. I regularly assess students' understanding, identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. With extensive teaching and private tutoring experience, I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and developing their knowledge.
I am currently studying a Secondary PGCE in Business with Economics with QTS at the University of Worcester, UK, and I have also completed my DBS check and been cleared.
Lessons are available online and can be adapted for Cambridge, Edexcel and IB curricula.
