About Shubhan

I am passionate about calisthenics, and helping others achieve their DREAM SKILL(or any other goals related to fitness, getting in shape, staying fit)
Based on my understanding I want to share it with other people as to achieve skills in calisthenics is not only hard and takes time but also one should have knowledge about workout programming (recovery, strength and hypertrophy training)

About the lesson

I will personally study your strengths and weakness in calisthenics goals (skill training like planche or front lever) and make specific program on that so you'll get maximum and fast progress. I will also take your suggestions and can also change the program based on results or adaptations (like deload or volume week or even high intensity week)
