About Lila

I have been teaching private lessons since 2013 and have had students from all walks of life: architects, pilots, engineers, teachers, IT professionals, secretaries and the list goes on.
I believe the learning process is collaborative between the student and the teacher; I give the student the chance to bring their own materials and projects to lessons so that we can work on more meaningful topics to them. I will help my students with work presentations and reports, building their confidence to go further in their field of work.

About the lesson

I'm a Brazilian living in Milton Keynes, UK. I hold the Cambridge CELTA qualifitication (English Language Teaching to Speakers of Other Languages) and have experience teaching General English for everyday communication as well as Business English. I am also a certified Life Coach.
I plan lessons according to students' personal goals, needs and interests, and will always keep it fun. :)

Lila is an outstanding teacher who has worked with me for many years. I`m a teacher myself and whenever I couldn't take a student, Lila would be my first recommendation. She works hard to make sure the lessons meet her student's needs and takes her time preparing. Along the years, she has built a wide range of different study resources for students, exercises, conversation topics, etc. I assisted coordination in the last school with worked together, and I never received a complaint or any negative feedback when it came to Lila. If you're looking for a dedicated teacher, who's flexible and dynamic, then Lila is a great choice for you.
