About Harini
I’m going to study Psychology at Univeristy of Southampton. During my A levels I studied biology and I always loved Biology and liked teaching it to others. In my psychology course, there are many biological elements to it which is my reason for choosing this course at Univeristy.
I want to teach Biology because I believe it’s not a hard subject if learned effectively. This is why I want to teach students the techniques needed for exams and easy ways to remember the content.

Learning content is not enough for any subject. In my lessons we will be looking at both content plus exam questions and how to answer exam questions effectively to get all the marking points. Learning how mark scheme works and reading examiner reports is as significant as learning the content therefore doing both of this will be helpful for the student. I don’t recommend just memorising content , so in my lessons I use techniques where they will be able to remember the content well. This way they will be able to understand what they are learning rather than just memorising it.
