About Parham

Discovering the power of effective study methods transformed my academic journey, especially after facing my own share of setbacks without the guidance of a mentor. My passion for tutoring stems from these experiences. Determined to ensure others don't navigate their academic path alone, I founded my academy to share proven strategies and become the guiding mentor I once wished for. Let me be that beacon for you, illuminating the path to academic success.

About the lesson

High school and undergraduate students often face a myriad of challenges in their science courses. What they need isn't just instruction, but a method that aligns with their unique learning styles. That's where I come in.

My teaching approach is anchored in flexibility, adapting to each student's specific needs. Whether you prefer comprehensive explanations, interactive games, concise flashcards, or illustrative videos, I integrate these tools to enhance your learning experience.

What truly distinguishes my approach is my commitment to ensuring genuine comprehension. I believe that a deep understanding of a subject not only leads to better grades but also ignites a genuine interest in the material. To achieve this, I break down concepts to their basics, explain them in straightforward terms, and revisit them as necessary. To confirm understanding, I utilize the teach-back method, a proven technique to reinforce and assess learning.

I'm here to guide you, to offer a teaching method that's adaptable and effective, ensuring that you not only learn but truly comprehend your science subjects. Join me, and let's make your academic journey a successful and enriching one.

Deadly! Parham has been tutoring me in grade 12 Biology and Chemistry, and he's honestly been great. He explains concepts in a way that actually makes sense and is really patient when I don’t get something right away. Both my marks and my confidence have improved a lot since I started working with him. I'd definitely recommend him!

I met Parham through Superprof and he’s a great tutor. The best quality of his teaching style is that he is always there to listen, no matter how many times you need help with something. You will feel confident about whatever you are learning even after 1 session. I would highly recommend him.
