About Oscar
With 8+ years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students achieve fluency, accuracy, and confidence in English. My teaching approach is highly personalised, with lessons designed to address each student’s goals, abilities, and learning style.
I use a combination of structured grammar and vocabulary lessons, interactive speaking and writing exercises, and real-life examples to make learning engaging and practical. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practising skills, and developing confidence.

I teach ESL using a C³P methodology—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that allow students to experiment with English and express themselves confidently.
Communication is central to my lessons. I incorporate discussions, debates, and collaborative activities to strengthen fluency, comprehension, and confidence in real-world situations. Compassion ensures lessons are personalised to each learner’s pace and style, offering guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based exercises, analytical tasks, and practical challenges that teach students to apply English effectively while developing critical thinking. I also include related subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment to provide a holistic learning experience.
This methodology develops learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying English skills successfully in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
