About Caitlin
I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor with over 6 years of teaching experience helping students from O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, IB, and first-year university programs achieve stronger academic results and greater confidence in mathematics. Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with learners of different abilities, guiding them through both foundational concepts and advanced mathematical topics with patience and clarity.

My lessons transform mathematical anxiety into analytical prowess. We begin with a precision diagnostic to map conceptual gaps across Secondary, O-Level, IP, JC/A-Level, IB, and 1st-year University syllabi.
Each session is architected around three pillars: Illuminate, Integrate, Elevate. First, we illuminate core principles using visual scaffolds and real-world analogues turning abstract calculus or vectors into tangible intuition. Next, we integrate techniques through curated problem cascades, progressing from foundational drills to Olympiad-style extensions. Finally, we elevate exam artistry: time-pressured heuristics, error-trap avoidance, and mark-scheme dissection.
I leverage interleaved practice and retrieval loops to cement retention, ensuring concepts migrate from short-term recall to durable mastery. For JC/IB/Uni students, we dissect proof-writing, statistical inference, and linear algebra with rigour, while Sec/IP students rebuild number sense and algebraic fluency.
Resources are bespoke: annotated past-year solutions, predictive topic forecasts, and micro-videos for revision. Progress is tracked via competency dashboards, not vague “understanding.” The outcome: students don’t just solve—they strategize, articulate, and anticipate.
