About Vendela
I’m a 30 year old Swede/Aussie just relocated from Sweden to Melbourne. I worked as a studio manager & yoga teacher at a yoga studio in Stockholm and also as a HR administrator at a medical university called KI. Now I’m looking forward to settle down a few weeks in Melbourne and see what will turn out for me next. I’m a calm person who loves my own time but also socialising with friends and new people. I love music and being out in nature. Yoga brings me peace in my mind and freedom in my body. To be able to share that and see other people grow is my favourite part of teaching.

I adapt my classes to the student's level. If I get consent I use hands on adjustments. I can teach 60-90 min classes. All levels and ages are welcome. I show the practice on the mat but also walk around and guide verbally.
