About Anya
I’m an International Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for 20 years. I’ve been sharing my knowledge in the field for the past 8 years, ran workshops, mutely day retreats and developed yoga curriculum for a Hong Kong base App FitFlow.
My goal is to guide yoga practitioners to deeper awareness of their bodies and minds, to help notice latent tendencies and develop healthy habits of working with body and mind.

Rather than rigidly following a specific yoga style, in my classes I focus on how I can help the unique person.
From a complete beginner to an advanced practitioner, from post injury recovery to complimenting your fitness regime, from subtle prana work to vigorous training, I will develop a program tailored specifically to your need, goals and abilities.
I will guide you to deeper body and mind awareness and hopefully help you stay in touch with yourself on and off the mat.
