About Sarah Jannamae

I am an experienced Special Education teacher with a strong background in teaching functional academic and life skills to students with diverse learning needs, ages 6 to 22. My goal is to help every learner build confidence, independence, and real-world readiness through patient, structured, and individualized instruction. With years of experience working in moderate-to-severe support classrooms, I understand how to adapt lessons to meet each student’s unique strengths, communication styles, and sensory needs. I bring professionalism, consistency, and compassion to every session.

About the lesson

I specialize in teaching functional academic skills to students with special needs (ages 6–22). My sessions are individualized, structured, and built around each learner’s strengths, communication style, and goals. I focus on helping students develop practical skills that increase confidence, independence, and real-world readiness.

Teaching Method & Techniques
-Differentiated instruction tailored to sensory needs, pace, and learning profiles
-Task analysis to break skills into manageable, step-by-step parts
-Multisensory learning using visuals, movement, hands-on materials, and repetition
