These are technical stuff that I really appreciate learning because it helped me understand body mechanics and how to possibly use them to my advantage. Mark is a very patient and passionate teacher. It doesn't matter what level you are; he always does his best to simplify things so you can understand easily. Plus, he loves sparring too, so the application of each lesson is always fun :)
