I am a certified Fitness trainer,& professional Boxing trainer, I am International athlete, I have trained 1000+ clients and counting, I have experienced of 8 years, helping my client to achive their goal in weight loss, weight gain, body toning, self defence etc.

About the lesson

My classes will be of 60mins, including strength and Conditioning, HITT, core strengthening, cardio, Boxing, kick boxing, fat loss, weight loss, weight gain, Strechings, inclusive diet and nutrition, well planned diet chart,everyday new workouts, floor workout, weight training, etc
