About Anastasiia
I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years, and it has become an integral part of my life. I’m passionate about sharing this transformative journey with others.
In 2021, I completed training as a certified stretching instructor, expanding my knowledge of flexibility and body awareness. After that my desire to explore the roots of traditional yoga led me to the Yoga Capital of the World — Rishikesh, India, where I completed a 200-hour teacher training, immersing myself in the authentic teachings of yoga.
For me, yoga is more than just physical movement—it is a journey of self-discipline, mindfulness, and connection. In my classes, I strive to create a supportive space where students can explore their bodies and minds, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate awareness both on and off the mat.

I tailor each session to meet individual needs, creating a supportive environment where students can explore their bodies and minds at their own pace.
