About Svetlana
I'm a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with a background in yoga therapy fundamentals, Yoga alliance member. Since 2015, I’ve been teaching yoga, and since 2013, I’ve been teaching stretching. I offer personal and group classes in yoga, stretching, joint mobility, and posture work.

International certificate of hatha yoga instructor with knowledge of the basics of yoga therapy ("Yoga therapy. Musculoskeletal system" and "Yoga therapy. Cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory and reproductive systems").
