About Rodrigo
I adapt the content of the classes in a flexible way so that each student / group receives a personalized training according to their preferences or needs. Classes include technical components and components of physical and psychological conditioning. The teaching method is explanatory / demonstrative, followed by practice by students with personalized technical support throughout the class.

I am a Krav Maga instructor accredited by the institutions: -> IPDJ - Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth; -> "Aprender Compensa - Self Defense Association"; -> School "Lokhem - Krav Maga original". I started practicing the sport in 2011 at the Bukan school; I currently belong to the original Lokhem - Krav Maga school; I gave the first classes in 2016 and I'm still active.
