About Erich
I have been teaching Vinyasa since the summer of 2019. I was taught by an E-RYT500 instructor who did a wonderful job of teaching me. I currently teach 3x per week at Communitea Yoga in Oceanside, California. I teach private lessons as well.
I am a San Diego local who loves nature, camping, metaphysics, philosophy. Aside from Vinyasa, I am involved in the practices of Zen Buddhism and Tibetan Dzogchen meditation. I have an intense passion for holding space for souls on their walk towards peace, empowerment, truth, as well as physical and mental strength. Everyone is on a different journey with their own unique timing, but we can positively influence and inspire each other along the way.
