About Sophia

I became a certified yoga teacher 20 years ago, and was mentored by a yoga teacher for two years. Since then I have been teaching with great success. I am best at teaching o e on one or inall groups, because it allows me to focus more on each perso 's progress. That personal touch makes a huge difference in student success.

About the lesson

Our first step together is learning about your current skill level in the practice, your physical needs and capabilities. The we will discover your goals whether physical, emotional, or mental, yoga can serve your healing and growth. You will learn about yourself, and how to embrace your health and Self. I accept my students as my teachers. Join me!
