About Madhu
After being in the family-owned business for several years, I found Sivananda Yoga in Dubai in 2009 and did my TTC at Sivananda Ashram in India and have continued my journey of yoga under the guidance of several gurus.

I have expertise in teaching Sivananda yoga, wherein sessions start with Centering, Pranayama, Sun Salutations followed by asana practice. Also, I teach Preconception, Prenatal and Postnatal safe practices using props for better alignment, safety and access to postures. I incorporate the use of props in my technique to provide balance, holding of asanas for longer durations and it also helps in pain relief. Last but not least, I provide restorative practices.

Deadly! Madhu has been an excellent teacher! She gives personalized lessons by first understanding our body issues and health goals. She is consisent and always available to help out even outside of her session to give tips about how to sleep or eat better. She has also provided several resources that can be used to improve body posture. Super kind and understanding! I would highly recommed her for anyone looking out to be trained in yoga.
