About MíChele
Hi, I’m MíChele! I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor with a background in Ashtanga Yoga, receiving my certification from Caroline Klebel’s Source of Yoga Teacher Training 10 years ago. I was born and raised here in Los Angeles, CA and fell in love with yoga as a teenager, over 17 years ago! Along with bringing the beauty and peace that is yoga to others I am the owner of self-love focused, plant-based wellness brand MOON + LUX and a proud dog-mom to a terrier-mix named Aloe.

1-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Session
Crafted especially for you and your needs both physically and mentally this hour long custom session aids in connecting body with breathe and relaxing the mind while stretching the muscles as well as strengthening and toning the core, legs and arms
1-Hour Restorative Hatha Yoga Session
Relax, unwind and restore body and mind in this soothing individually crafted session. This low impact calming sequence designed specifically for each student targets what ails them both physically and mentally. Leave this class feeling calm, peaceful and fortified
All class levels range from Beginner to Advanced depending on student
