About Pema

I am an enthusiastic yoga teacher with good communication skills. Practicing & teaching yoga is my passion. I am originally from Bhutan but I can speak English, Nepali, & Hindi. My goal is to share the experience of my yoga journey & show the amazing benefits of yoga, mentally, emotionally, physically, & spiritually.

About the lesson

I am a 200-hour international yoga teacher, graduated from Rishikesh, India (world’s capital of yoga). I teach hatha & vinyasa yoga to the beginner & intermediate level. I have 4 years of teaching experience in Bhutan & I have experience teaching to thousands of crowds during international yoga days.
