About Liubov
Yoga has been part of my life for over 3 years, and it changed me deeply.
Not because of the postures, but because it brought me back to myself.
I spent time in India, learning from Himalayan teachers and living in ashrams, while building a daily personal practice.
But I am not perfect.
I am still human, still a woman who loves the ocean, nature, and simple moments.
And sometimes, even in meditation… I think about breakfast.

I am a certified yoga teacher specializing in Kundalini, Pranayama, and Hatha Yoga.
My approach goes beyond physical practice — I share sacred yogic and Vedic wisdom to support deep transformation. Each class is designed individually, based on your body type, life situation, and personal goals.
I also integrate Ayurvedic knowledge to help you restore balance and support your overall well-being.
In my classes, we combine:
asana (postures)
pranayama (breathwork)
mantra chanting
This holistic practice helps you develop both body and mind, and guides you toward a deeper level of awareness and inner connection.
