About Urszula

Hi, I’m Ula, a certified yoga teacher based in London. I specialise in relaxing, stress-relief focused yoga, combining gentle stretching, hip-opening flows, and mindful breathing to help my students feel calm, balanced, and refreshed. I have completed my yoga teacher certification and have a deep passion for helping people connect with their bodies, release tension, and improve flexibility. My classes are friendly, approachable, and tailored to each individual, whether you are a complete beginner or have some yoga experience. I love creating an environment where you can let go of stress, breathe deeply, and enjoy a peaceful practice that rejuvenates both your body and mind. I believe yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and restorative, and my goal is to help you feel lighter, more flexible, and relaxed after every session.

I am a certified yoga teacher based in London, passionate about helping people release stress, increase flexibility, and reconnect with their body, inner self, and breath. My classes focus on stretching, relaxation, and hip-opening flows, combined with mindful breathing techniques to leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and energised. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, my lessons are tailored to your needs, creating a safe and supportive environment for you to move at your own pace and reduce tension. In my sessions, you will: -Improve flexibility and release tight hips -Reduce stress and tension through breathwork and gentle movement -Learn techniques to relax your mind and body -Enjoy a calm, restorative experience that rejuvenates you I offer private 1:1 sessions, small group classes, and online lessons to fit your schedule. My goal is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and deeply relaxing, helping you feel your best inside and out.
