I am a certified yoga teacher, national championship medalist, and coach with over 10 years of experience. As a spiritual practitioner, counselor, and healer, I help people achieve genuine physical strength, pain relief, and inner peace through simple, personalized guidance, Kids Yoga, advanced Asana practice.

About the lesson

My classes offer a gradual practice restore physical vitality, mental clarity, and nervous system balance. Rather than offering standard, repetitive workout routines. I targeted depth of Breathwork, Sound healing, and Yoga Nidra.

Centering & Breathwork: Conscious pranayama techniques to regulate the nervous system, release immediate tension, and anchor mental focus.

Dynamic Asana & Alignment: Mindful, posture-correcting physical practice—ranging from grounding Hatha foundations to weightless Aerial decompression—customized directly to your body's flexibility, limitations, and strength goals.

Deep Cellular Restoration: Immersion into sound healing frequencies, guided meditation, or restorative Yoga Nidra to reset your stress response and integrate the session's benefits.

You are recovering from chronic pain, managing persistent stress, or seeking to deepen your physical and spiritual practice.
