I teach since several years. I have already trained hundreds of students in Asia and Latin America. I manage the meditation classes and the yoga practice (7 hours a day) alone, in a retirement center in Colombia I personally accompanied several tens of young yogi-s in the accomplishment of the "Level 1 intensive" of Agama school

I propose a harmonizing yoga class that will refocus on you. A journey connecting you to your deepest being. I completed my professorship in Agama, Thailand. The Hatha yoga I teach is the form currently the closest to the original yoga. This practice aims at the complete revitalization of your person as well as the union between body and mind. The courses that I propose to you are adapted to the capacities of each one. We will use each posture's potential to further your personal goals. Whether it is to revitalize or relax your daily life, increase your self-esteem and personal love, or simply reconnect with yourself or to gain in tone and flexibility, look no further, this type of yoga is for you. The session consists of a series of warm-ups, positions, breathing exercises, if necessary, and concludes with guided relaxation. Private sessions last 1h30 ideally, but can be modulated between 60 and 120 min according to your desires. A semi private formula for small groups is also possible.
