About Sophie
I am 19 and did my training in Thailand this summer. I have been practicing for 3 years and yoga has helped me in every aspect of my life. This is the way I love teaching yoga and seeing it help others the way it has helped me.
I also have a passion for art and work part-time as a barista.

My classes are for people of any age who want to get into yoga for the first time or who are looking to continue their practice. Classes can be tailored to anyone's ability.
Class length can range from 45-90 minutes depending on the type of class and what you (the yogi!) are looking for. I have taught in person and online and am happy to do both!
I enjoy teaching with a focus on being thankful for the body and learning about what we can do. Classes will include traditional Sanskrit names and the history behind why we do certain poses.
