About Kobe
Started young and made it to a Sous Chef position at my first restaurant before receiving my scholarship. Started over again when I got to school by serving the food in the campus dining halls, and then ended my school career in the corporate kitchen doing recipe development for all of the dining halls on campus. My biggest accomplishment on campus was developing recipes for the brand new top 10 allergen free Akers dining hall that opened right before my departure. Graduated and spent some time as a Sauté Chef de Parte at a few farm to table fine dining restaurants and then took on whole animal butchery afterwards. I spent my off time cooking dinner on my twitch livestream just for fun but that got me into the idea of teaching in person cooking courses. I started working for a company that focuses on pasta and Italian cuisine, but I’d like to get back to the cooking online, in my home kitchen, cooking the food I love!

I’m a real scratch cooking kind of guy, so if you’d like to learn how to make things like pasta, tortillas, tamales, flatbreads, pizzas, etc. from scratch then we should get to it.
I have experience with the majority of cuisines and will work up a menu to accompany any of the scratch recipes we make!
We can always start the lesson with a shot at the espresso machine!
