About Ishani
My journey in chemistry started with a deep curiosity about how substances interact and how reactions shape the world around us. I completed my Master’s Degree in Chemistry, where I developed strong theoretical and practical knowledge. Over the past 13 years, I have worked with students from different academic levels, helping them move from confusion to clarity through structured and patient teaching methods. Teaching chemistry allows me to simplify complex topics and support learners effectively.
My teaching style is clear, supportive, and adaptable. I understand that each student learns at a different pace, so I adjust my methods based on their needs. I focus on building strong basics, providing step-by-step explanations, and encouraging regular practice. I also create a comfortable environment where students feel free to ask questions and learn without hesitation. This helps them stay motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring chemistry through reading, practical applications, and staying updated with new developments in the field. This helps me bring fresh and relevant insights into my lessons. Teaching chemistry is meaningful to me because I see students grow in both confidence and understanding. Helping them overcome challenges, improve their performance, and develop a positive approach towards learning is something I truly value, and I remain committed to supporting their long-term academic success.

My chemistry lessons are designed to make complex chemical ideas simple, clear, and easy to understand for every student. I guide learners through important topics like chemical bonding, reactions, equilibrium, acids and bases, and numerical problem solving using step-by-step explanations. I focus on helping students understand why reactions happen instead of memorising them. Each lesson includes real-life examples, structured exercises, and clear breakdowns that help students connect theory with practice. This approach builds strong understanding and reduces confusion.
Lessons are carefully structured based on the student’s level and learning needs. Beginners start with basic concepts, simple reactions, and foundational understanding. Intermediate learners focus on balancing equations, solving numerical problems, and understanding reaction mechanisms. Advanced students work on deeper concepts, application-based questions, and exam preparation strategies. I provide regular practice, corrections, and revision sessions to ensure steady progress. This helps students build confidence without feeling overwhelmed.
Chemistry also helps students develop analytical thinking and attention to detail. As they begin to understand how substances interact and change, they gain more confidence in solving problems independently. Many students who once found chemistry difficult begin to enjoy it as they see clear improvement. My goal is to make chemistry practical and meaningful.
