About Dylan
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Sciences and a PhD in Organic Chemistry. I have 7 years of experience teaching chemistry to students at different levels. My fascination with chemistry began through exploring how molecular interactions influence the world around us. Teaching allows me to share that curiosity while helping students build scientific confidence.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and adaptability. I adjust lessons to suit different learning styles and goals. Some students benefit from visual diagrams and models, while others learn best through problem-solving exercises. I encourage active participation and thoughtful questions. Building confidence is an important part of my teaching philosophy.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about advances in materials science and chemical research. Staying informed helps me bring modern examples into lessons. I enjoy seeing students gain confidence in chemistry and develop stronger scientific thinking. Helping learners succeed is one of the most satisfying parts of my work.
