About Rhys
My fascination with Chemistry began from observing how simple elements combine to create complex materials. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry before earning a PhD in Chemical Physics. During the last 11 years, I have guided students through many areas of science with patience and enthusiasm.
I enjoy making difficult topics easier by using clear explanations and relatable examples. My teaching style is flexible because I know every student learns differently. I work hard to create lessons that help learners feel supported and motivated.
Beyond teaching, I enjoy reading about scientific innovation and developments in materials research. Staying informed allows me to bring fresh ideas into the classroom. Seeing students become more confident with science is one of the most fulfilling parts of my career.

My Chemistry lessons focus on making scientific ideas easy to follow and enjoyable to learn. Topics such as atomic structure, periodic trends, chemical bonding, reactions, and solutions are explained through logical steps and practical situations. Understanding the reasons behind each concept helps students remember them more effectively.
Lessons are adapted to the learner’s academic needs and confidence level. Beginners build strong foundations, while advanced students strengthen analytical thinking and chemical calculations. Practice activities and regular discussions help students improve steadily.
I encourage students to ask questions and develop curiosity throughout the learning process. A positive environment allows them to explore new ideas without hesitation. My goal is to help learners approach Chemistry with confidence and interest.
