About Maeve
I hold a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry and have 9 years of teaching experience. My interest in Chemistry began with understanding how different substances interact and change under various conditions. Over time, I developed a passion for teaching and helping students understand the subject clearly.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and structured explanation. I break down complex concepts into smaller steps so students can follow them easily. I use examples and diagrams to make learning more effective and engaging. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I stay updated with new developments in Chemistry and enjoy exploring real-world applications. Teaching Chemistry is rewarding because I see students gain confidence and understanding over time. Helping them achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Chemistry becomes much easier to understand when students focus on the reasoning behind reactions instead of memorizing formulas without clarity. My lessons are designed to build strong conceptual understanding in topics such as chemical bonding, reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, and inorganic chemistry through clear and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand how reactions occur and how different concepts connect with each other. I use real-life examples such as environmental processes, industrial applications, and everyday chemical reactions to make learning more meaningful and relatable. Each session creates a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.
I structure my lessons based on the student’s level and learning needs. Beginners focus on basic concepts such as atoms, molecules, and simple reactions using clear explanations and repetition. Intermediate learners explore balancing equations, reaction types, and numerical problem solving with guided practice. Advanced students work on equilibrium systems, inorganic reactions, and complex problem solving with deeper analysis. Practice exercises, revision sessions, and feedback are included to ensure continuous improvement and strong understanding.
Chemistry also helps students develop analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills. As they begin to recognize patterns in reactions and calculations, they gain confidence in solving complex problems. Many students start enjoying the subject once they understand its practical relevance. My goal is to make Chemistry clear, engaging, and intellectually rewarding.
