About Thea
I am a chemistry tutor with 12 years of experience and a PhD in Chemical Sciences. My interest in chemistry began with curiosity about how substances change and react. Over the years, I have helped many students improve their understanding and confidence. My goal is to make chemistry simple, clear, and engaging for every learner.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and supportive. I break down complex concepts into simple steps so students can understand easily. I use practical examples, guided problem-solving, and regular practice to support learning. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s needs and pace, ensuring steady progress. Helping students build confidence is always my priority.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new developments in chemistry and learning about real-world applications. This helps me bring fresh ideas into my lessons. I feel happy when students gain confidence and begin solving problems independently. Supporting their growth and helping them develop a strong understanding of chemistry is something I truly value, and I remain dedicated to guiding them with patience, clarity, and encouragement.

I guide learners through structured practice sessions that improve accuracy and understanding. I provide clear feedback and explain mistakes in a simple way so students can learn effectively. I support learners who need extra help and also challenge advanced learners with deeper problems. Lessons are always adjusted to match each student’s level and pace.
With consistent practice, students begin to understand chemistry more clearly and solve problems with confidence. They develop strong analytical thinking and enjoy learning the subject. My lessons create a positive environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions.
