About Zoya
My interest in Chemistry began with curiosity about transformation—how substances change, interact, and build the material world around us. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry followed by an M.Sc in Organic Synthesis. Over 8 years of teaching, I have supported students with structured explanations, clarity-driven lessons, and patient guidance through complex theoretical and practical concepts. My teaching approach centers on clarity and understanding. I break down theories into simple components, use examples from everyday life, and demonstrate how chemical principles apply to real-world scenarios. I encourage students to develop strong reasoning habits by analyzing patterns in reactions, interpreting laboratory data, and practicing multi-step calculations with precision. Outside teaching, I remain engaged with chemical research, organic reaction updates, and experimental analysis methods that enrich the classroom experience. Teaching Chemistry is fulfilling because I enjoy watching students develop genuine understanding, increased confidence, and appreciation for scientific thinking.

Chemistry becomes accessible and exciting when students understand the structure, behavior, and interaction of molecules. My lessons cover atomic theory, bonding, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, reaction mechanisms, organic chemistry, acids and bases, and laboratory interpretation skills. I focus on making concepts intuitive through diagrams, molecular models, clear explanations, and structured problem-solving. Each class builds students’ confidence by turning complex ideas into manageable steps supported by practical examples.
I tailor my teaching to each learner’s level. Beginners study basic atomic concepts, simple reactions, and essential chemical vocabulary. Intermediate learners dive into chemical equilibrium, redox reactions, energetics, organic families, and practical calculations. Advanced learners explore mechanisms, spectroscopy, multi-step organic reasoning, and exam-focused strategies that require strong analytical thinking. Lessons include guided exercises, feedback, and discussions that help students truly understand rather than memorize.
Chemistry fosters disciplined observation, analytical thinking, and practical reasoning. Through consistent practice, students learn to evaluate data, interpret experiments, and apply concepts in both academic and real-world contexts. My goal is to help learners become confident, curious, and capable scientists who understand the beauty and logic of Chemistry.
