About Ajin
I’m a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic and professional background in finance and business. As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) candidate and current MSc Finance student at University College Cork, I combine in-depth subject knowledge with real-world insight to make complex topics easier to understand. My experience includes both academic success and hands-on work in finance and accounting, which allows me to explain topics clearly and practically. I take pride in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing in confidence. As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) candidate and MSc Finance student at University College Cork, I bring both academic depth and practical experience to my tutoring. My teaching style is student-centered, adapting to each learner’s pace, needs, and preferred way of understanding. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple, relatable concepts, using real-world examples wherever possible. Whether it’s a tricky accounting principle or an economics case study, I guide students step-by-step until they feel confident and in control of the topic. A typical lesson lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student's focus and subject matter. Each session includes concept explanation, guided practice, and exam-focused application—with regular feedback to track progress. I tutor: Leaving Cert students in Accounting, Business, and Economics Junior Cycle students in Maths, Business Studies, and Commerce My lessons are suitable for students aged 12 to 18 who are preparing for state exams, improving their grades, or simply looking to build a strong foundation in finance and business subjects. I also support students who are anxious about exams and help them develop confidence and time management skills. Whether you're aiming for a top grade or just want to feel less overwhelmed, I’m here to support your learning journey with patience, structure, and clarity.
