About Erin
I was a teaching assistant my sophomore year of college in a food science lab and was one of the best experiences I have had. I was able to talk about the subject I loved while also having students excel at the subject. I would love to convey the same passions to others.

I have just graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.S. in Food Science. My graduating GPA was a 3.65 and I worked very hard throughout the years to keep it high. I currently on my way to graduate school at the University of Wisconsin Madison for my M.A. in Food Science, focusing in on dairy applications. I would love to teach students about the wonders of food science since it is such an unknown major. I want to keep things fresh and exciting while also allowing for some hard work along the way!
