I’ve worked alongside Stephen in our college program for the past year. We’ve been lab partners on a number of occasions and collaborated many a times on our projects and assignments. If I was to describe my experiences with Stephen as a colleague, I would have to say he is one of the most punctual, patient and supportive people I’ve ever worked with. He’s someone who always knows the answer but will let you or help you reach that same point in your own time. He always seems to recognise and provide just the right amount of support needed to achieve a certain task or answer a certain question. He never minds walking you through a topic a million times over and has an outstanding ability to change his method of delivering the information each time until it finely clicks. Though he is not formally my tutor, ironically in many ways he seems to fill that roll for me, and if he’s getting me honours in college, you can trust him to get whatever result you’re looking for in the leaving certificate!
