About Hannah
Hi, I'm Hannah, a passionate movement and wellness professional with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness space. At 27, I've dedicated much of my life to exploring how movement, mindfulness, and nutrition can transform not just bodies—but lives. I began my journey as a swimming teacher, where I first discovered the joy of helping others feel confident and capable in their bodies. That passion led me into personal training, where I developed a deeper understanding of strength, mobility, and safe training practices. Over time, my path naturally evolved into yoga, where I found a powerful connection between physical movement, breath, and inner wellbeing. Whether I'm guiding a high-energy fitness session or a grounding yoga class, my goal is always the same: to empower people to move safely, mindfully, and with joy. I believe movement should feel good, be sustainable, and enhance your life—not just your workout routine. I’m here to support and guide you on your journey, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. Let’s move with purpose, train smart, and enjoy the process.

Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or looking to build strength and mobility in a more mindful way, my sessions are designed to support you. With a focus on personalised movement and education, I offer a variety of options to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body. Yoga for All Levels I offer 60+ minute yoga classes tailored to suit your experience and goals. These sessions are ideal for: Beginners to yoga looking for guidance and a strong foundation Vinyasa flow to connect breath and movement Hatha yoga for a slower, more grounded practice Strength-focused yoga to build stability, mobility, and control Expect thoughtful sequencing, clear guidance, and a welcoming space where you can grow at your own pace. Home Workouts (with or without equipment) Prefer to train at home? I offer full-body workouts designed to be effective in any space, using optional weights or resistance bands. These sessions are perfect for: Building functional strength Improving mobility and posture Staying consistent with fitness goals, no matter your schedule Tailored, Personal Programming Every session is built around you. After an initial consultation and movement assessment, I’ll tailor each workout or class to suit your individual needs—whether that’s injury prevention, increasing flexibility, or building long-term strength and mobility.
