Mansi is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Mansi has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.

I live in FRANCE and having Skype classes with Mansi is like a trip to India️ I love how methodical she is, every move is so smooth, so well explained, they flow. It’s not like doing a set of yoga postures, it’s the whole one-hour process! She’s very patient and careful: I’ve never hurt myself, but I feel how I’m getting stronger and more flexible. And this after two months of classes, one class a week (I cannot unfortunately have more...). We also do breathing exercices and the relaxation at the end is SO relaxing, I sometimes fall asleep lol. Thank you so much, Mansi, for your passion and expertise!
