About Shabd
I am Dr. Anchal Mishra, an Assistant Professor at XIDAS, Jabalpur, with over 17 years of experience in teaching, HR training, and career counseling. Through Shabdsaathi, I offer structured, practical, and personalized Communication Skills training to college students and working professionals. I hold a PhD and bring both academic rigor and real-world professional insight into every session. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and deeply committed to helping each learner find their voice, build confidence, and communicate with clarity and purpose in every personal and professional situation.

My classes are designed for college students, young professionals, and working adults who wish to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. At Shabdsaathi, my approach to Communication Skills training is rooted in the belief that every learner already has a voice — my role is to shape it, strengthen it, and make it work for them in real-world situations.
Each session follows a structured yet flexible format: we begin with a brief warm-up activity — a group discussion, a quick writing prompt, or a role-play scenario — to ease learners into active participation. The core of the class focuses on one targeted skill, whether it is public speaking, professional writing, interview communication, or everyday conversational fluency. Every concept is explained simply, demonstrated practically, and then reinforced through guided exercises and personalised feedback.
What sets my sessions apart is the integration of HR and workplace perspectives drawn from 17 years of academic teaching, career counselling, and organisational training. Learners do not just practise language — they practise communication as it actually happens in interviews, boardrooms, classrooms, and daily professional life. Sessions are conducted online, making quality training accessible to learners across India without geographical barriers.
