I have experience teaching (and learning) foreign languages in the traditional method focussing on grammar, vocabulary, reading out of textbooks and that works if we are willing to work long, long hours just to pass tests and forget it, but I believe in real communication, that is RELEVANT and ENGAGING to you! It's got to be fun and you have to love it. There are much better ways to gain another language than the old way where most people give up.
