With a calm, patient presence and a focus on active listening, I guide you through mindful, energizing flows that go beyond physical movement—helping you connect deeply with your body, breath, and inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or deepening your practice, I tailor each session to your needs, making yoga accessible, joyful, and truly transformative.

I offer both Power and Yin Yoga classes, depending on what you’re looking for—whether it’s building strength and energy through dynamic flows, or slowing down and releasing tension with deep, restful stretches. Each class is tailored to your needs and level, with clear guidance, mindful breathwork, and a focus on proper alignment. I create a welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, feel supported, and grow in your practice—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected—both on and off the mat.
