About Kasturi

My name is Kasturi, and I have recently completed my PhD in sociology. I did my undergrad degree in English Literature, my Masters degree in Development Studies, and my MPhil degree in Sociology. I am very enthusiastic about imparting education to the present generation of people, as I believe education is the way to self-empowerment.
Education for me is not simply about learning your text book lessons, but engaging with them and developing a deeper understanding of how to relate them to real-world context and make some use out of them.

About the lesson

I carry the values of honesty, dedication, and consistency, among others, in everything that I do, and I strive to transfer these values to anyone I work with, and that includes my students too.
I use a variety of methods to engage students, including written work, project work, etc., to motivate them to engage more with their texts and get the most out of them.
