About Kristen
I am a classically trained tenor, studying at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester. I have been interested in Music all my life, and have attended Chetham’s School of Music, gained a Distinction in my ABRSM Grade 8 Singing exam and obtained my Undergraduate Degree at the RNCM in 2024. I am passionate about increasing accessibility to Music Education and am queer and neurodivergent friendly.

My lesson environment is supportive and encouraging. I offer patient guidance to students in the field of Classical Singing and Musical Theory. My lessons consist of vocal warm-ups, technical training as well as the nurturing of imagination and creativity. We can work on whichever repertoire you would like to bring, and I will make sure to help you develop a strong foundation of vocal technique that can stand you in good stead for whatever singing genre you would like to pursue.

Kristen is a wonderful teacher! I had my first lesson with him recently, and it’s clear that he is incredibly passionate about music, very educated and knowledgeable and will do his best to ensure you are comfortable and will work at your pace.
